Hmmm. It's pretty much the same as +2/+2. Not quite, given it might block a 1/3 or a 2/7 deathtouch, but nearly.

So I'd guess 2 and 2?

Ooh, actually - it's closer to rampage 2, isn't it? Really REALLY good if you can block multiple creatures somehow. I think the cost is still 2 though.

It's also sort of like "When equipped creature blocks, it gets +2/+0 and the creature it's blocking gets -2/-0."

I agree that costs matching Vulshok Morningstar are correct.

Although it's only +2/+2 on defense, not attack. Although I agree 2 and 2 is likely correct anyway.
