Ooh, black enchantment destruction. This is a variation of Akroma's Vengeance that I'd think would be white.

Also, "permanents" sounds like it should be translated into something :P "Entities", perhaps?

Anyway - yeah, you're gonna want a spacey word for permanents. And maybe just say "Everything is destroyed, whether it is shielded or not."
