The reminder text is the tricky part of this. The idea is very simple: it can attack all the things creatures can normally attack (opponents or opponents' planeswalkers), but it can also attack you. But I'm having difficulty finding a reminder text that doesn't imply it has to attack you.
Oh, classy. I'd love to see some sort of interaction where you attacked yourself with a double agent and your opponent blocked it with a contra-intelligence officer. Unfortunately, Future Sight II won't allow that kind of interaction, but I can imagine a block where it would happen.
Played at the Bring Your Own draft, this was awesome. Amusingly, it was particularly good when combined with the three threshold cards someone had brought. It's fantastic to overhear the phrase "I attack myself for one."
