I find it funny what this implies. In this block, stuff isn't exiled, it just doesn't exist. An enchantment with a casting cost of could read "Artifacts don't exist", or a common instant can read "Target creature doesn't exist until end of turn."
Yeah, this is quite cool. It's actually likely to work just fine within the rules, astonishingly, because this is basically how phasing works these days. It's just like phasing things out indefinitely.
