Evidently Wizards doesn't have a problem with phasing things out any more. Phasing as an ability is a little spicier, but not by much. Since the last card dealt with equipment, I thought it would be interesting to see some equipment with phasing. Remember, NTC #084 doesn't unequip when it phases out... it just acts like it doesn't exist.

But what is the name of this card?

Blinkmoth Cloak

Teferi's Staff

Name - Blade of The Lost Planes

Flavor - Many planes have been destroyed in the long history of the multiverse. Some of those ruined worlds still desperately cling to existence, despite no longer being recognizing by it
