Equid should replace the Horse creature type (it could include pegasi and unicorns too?).
I mean, Pegasus shouldn't be a separate creature type any more than Isamaru is a separate creature type. Pegasus was the name of an individual horse that happened to have wings.
Unicorns could be considered just horned Horses as well since felidar are just horned Cats and the Lorwyn-variant ae just horny Elves.
According to silver borders this would be an Ass though.

Creature - Flying Horse
Regarding the creature itself - seems like a reasonable build-around "go make the artifact deck".
Amusingly, that's going to end with a huge stack of equipment - and hey, you already have a creature to stack it onto. So you end up with a very greedy donkey toting a lot of gear - playing back into the name in a different way. Very fun.
This is clearly a blue effect (Vedalken Engineer, Renowned Weaponsmith, Grand Architect, and Dalakos, Crafter of Wonders) and one of the clearest weaknesses white has it its lack of mana acceleration. Is there something in this set context that justifies this?
Or is it perhaps a suggestion to expand white's color pie? Considering that white is already like the "jack of all trades" in terms of its color pie, I'm personally really not into making its effect pie even more fuzzy.
@Tahazzar- I may have just misinterpreted what white could do when white cares about artifacts. Mainly, this was conceptualized as being support for Monuments in this set while still being applicable to equipment that white cares about. For that simplicity in look, I just generalized artifacts rather than specify subtypes, not considering versatility.
It's not too far out of pie. White does get help for paying equip costs. Auriok Steelshaper, Auriok Windwalker as examples, also that lion guy whose name I forget. (Taj-Nar? Ah, sort of. I was thinking a different one though, I think)
Its certainly a stretch though. Is it a stretch too far? Probably not; since even colourless is allowed to make mana. Although when my best example is Mishra's Workshop I think we might have just found a small power-level problem.
Equip costs of Equipment != Costs of artifacts spell in general
Mishra's Workshop is from MTG's second expansion that was released back in 1994 and has never been printed in paper since (has an online "reprint" for Vintage Masters). To say that it might be an outdated example for stuff like color pie or power levels would be an understatement.
"cast artifact spells or activate abilities of artifacts." to "activate abilities of noncreature permanents." This new version still can aid regular artifact's abilities, but now has a wider-breath in supporting enchantment activated abilities as well (which I think could be in white's slice).
It can also help activating abilities of lands which with it being a Horse would have nice a farming theme.
Kinda reminds me of Thran Turbine btw.
This kind of effect is generally in blue's pie today. See Renowned Weaponsmith and all the way back to Vedalken Engineer.
