Reminds me of Abundance, and Endless Horizons. Power level seems a bit low. By comparison with Endless Horizons, how about getting one of them each turn as well as a normal draw?
You know, I knew that there was a card that did something like this, but I just could not think of the name, and my gatherer search didn't turn it up. I'll bump up the power on this.
Changed the color, effect, and rarity.
Now it's a fixed-but-wordier (?) version of Mental Partition. In retrospect, I'm not sure why it's green. Or white. It could just be blue or black.
I kind of miss the old version, which just did lands (as indicated by Alex's comment). I might change it back to that.
