Welcome back! Originally, I was making a bloated Chinese menu for white and just started going ham with the charm-like abilities. I realized I didn't want to purge an entire graveyard next to abilities like "gain 3 life" and "create a 1/1 token", though, so I dug around and realized that cleaning your opponent's graveyard, but letting your opponent make the choices sounded like a rather White way to do things.
Add a little repetition through creature damage, and we get this card. Flying was added so the solution wouldn't be too obvious. ;) What's this card? And what's this card's creature type?
Huh. It's some kind of trash eater. Black has plenty of options there; but white has fewer. Still some though; and I think this one is a seagull. I'd suggest it should be a region-name seagull - but since we don't know the regions, I go hit me up some related latin. Rissan Gull (Oh, and sub-type Bird)
