What if they don't have any creatures? Then they can't sacrifice a nonblack creature, so they wouldn't discard. To prevent that, I suggest "If a player doesn't sacrifice a black creature this way, he or she discards a card."

If you cast it at someone who doesn't have a creature, then you probably deserve not to get any benefit from doing so. "All opponents sac a creature" is quite nasty enough, thank you.
