Continuing on from last week's card, NTC #049 is another card that you can only play two of. Since it wrankled a few people that that card came with a tutor ability, but only tutored for one card, I made sure that this card played better in this mind space.

I wanted a pair of enchantments that could turn into creatures. But if I could make the first ability redundant, then that would let them be better creatures when there's two of them on the table (since the only thing the second enchantment is technically doing is turning them on.)

But what's this card's name? And also, what creature type is this?

Hah, so much for my "Twin" naming convention from last time! If this was an artifact I could see it being something like a Statuary Twin or something, but as an enchantment... the flavour of self-animating enchantments is often quite nebulous.

So let's make that literal: it's a Cloud of Potential.
