Phew! My untapped Basalt Monolith is safe.

Instant speed is mildly terrifying, for a soft Tranquility+Shatterstorm. This certainly feels like a card that should exist. No idea on power level.

Who is pendleton? Or, given the name; is it a place? Should it be the town of the brothers pendle? The brothers appear to have a pure-red creature-steal ability, and to like to tax the unnatural?
