I think this would be better without the "Equip" ability and instead with a separate ability like Cranial Plating and friends have: "{2}: Attach ~ to target creature." As an artifact Prison Term, I think the numbers are okay. (It probably wants "UEOT" though.)

Heheh, oops. Forgot that.
I made the ability as-is so that it can't be equipped at instant speed. I know I could add more words, but this seemed more concise.
