love it. Wizard should be capitalized, it's a subtype.

Also i think it is written as spend this mana only to cast wizard creature spells

you could broaden it to or activate abilties of wizards (not sure if it should say you control). this depends if you want to hav tap wizards, and therefore a very midrange format, or if your wizards (which i havent seen besides this yet) are the sort of etb to fork or counter etc kind. i'd just change the on to to cast, and thats probs the most appropriate, and the least overthought.
