On Radiant Hill:

As in my comment on Memory Pool, the cost needs to include tapping to prevent abuse.

On Memory Pool:

With this cycle of lands, they are potentially abuseable with the repeatable abilities. They should probably have tapping as part of the cost (and this pumped up to Scry 2). that way they are still very useful late game but not brokenly so.

On Radiant Hill:

Interesting cycle. This one is probably fairly strong, since it's repeatable; late game this could mean gaining 6+ life a turn.

BTW, since you're using a skeleton, you may want to edit your cardset options to turn on card codes; that'll let you use codes in a few more places, edit the code on a card after you create it, and so on.

On Secret:

I'm thinking that maybe I should add an alternative but less effective affect to casting the spells with secret from your hand.

Also, I want it to be known that secrets can be cast at instant speed so I will make all secret spells instants. Their rules text mentions that it can only be cast during/after a certain instance(s) but not that it can be at any time. I will try to find the wording to change that. Oh secrete! I get it now! lol

On Secret:

Interesting mechanic (Secret), though I think it needs some reminder text specifying when you can cast the card from exile.

Also, since it's an action, maybe calling it Secrete? :)
