Domination

Each player can't cast more than one creature spell each turn.
All creatures have haste.
At the end of each player's turn, that player discards their hand, then draws five cards.
If a player would draw a card from an empty library, instead that player shuffles his or her graveyard into his or her library, then draws a card.
