This is a mechanic focused in GU that allows players to refresh depleted manabonds of themselves or others.

Cycling: PARAM1, Discard this card: Draw a card. Used on 0 cards:

Cycling is important glue for a 2HG set, since games are played without a sideboard as best-of-one. Cycling will be used on cards with niche but important effects - like Break Asunder.

Parley: Each player reveals the top card of his or her library. For each nonland card revealed this way, [effect]. Then each player draws a card. Used on 0 cards:

This mechanic is a fun way to enable multiplayer formats.

In card text or details pages, write the mechanic's code name (playtest name) between square brackets, like "[Crittercast]", "[Bushido 1]" or "[Delay 4 {2}{R}{R}]".
