Oh! Using "champion" to represent piloting a mech is a really interesting idea, obvious in retrospect but I'd never seen it before.
Yikes. That's a cheap removal ability. But it's probably fair, because this a) is a 6-mana gold mythic, b) has the champion drawback as well, and c) doesn't have trample and will still count as "blocked". In fact, it's large enough that the ability often won't actually do anything. It's only relevant when the opponent has total power of 8 or more untapped blockers. So... nice work: it looks eye-popping but it's actually not at all unbalanced.
Alexander's robot pal.
Welcome to Multiverse!
Two formatting tips: In rules text on cards, you can make mana symbols by enclosing letters in braces {}: so if you write
. And if you mention card names in comments, you can enclose them in triple square brackets [[[]]] to make hyperlinks with mouseover preview:

[Shorecrasher Elemental]]]
= Shorecrasher Elemental.I was initially surprised to see Champion returning; I'm well familiar with Changeling Berserker and friends, but hadn't thought of it working this way. But the flavour does pretty nearly work, and the mechanics work excellently.
It's a bit of a pity you can't cast your mech earlier than the pilot and have the pilot jump into a pre-existing mech. But any implementation of this flavour is going to have some problems or other; that may work out being a worthwhile compromise for simplicity and gameplay.
My Code Geass set features mechs. I had them as a variation of Equipment, and after a couple of playtests removed the differences so that they're just Equipment now, although most of them have the "Eject" ability as seen on Gloucester Royal RPI-00/SC. I'm always interested to see different people's takes on reflecting this flavour in Magic, because it's hard to find a simple enough way that feels sensible.
Random design for multicolored.
Reprint who works in this set.
It used to exile itself like Aetherling. but that doesn't work with champion. So i fixed it
Morphling + Ætherling + Shorecrasher Elemental + Robot. Rare mechs are based on iconic cards of the color.
Shivan Dragon in mech form. I feel like the power level is OK.
A simple way to get more Humans to fight in artifact creature bodies.
