Hmmm. For {r} {w} , I can see this. For {r} {r} , I'm not so sure. I think this might be best migrated to full gold, because I think a 2-drop 2-power double-strike attacker is too good for any monocolour.

For a mythic without board-affecting abilities, he's pretty tiny. Dredge isn't even technically card advantage, so I'd say he should get a bit bigger.

Although I like gist of what you've got going on, "draw and damage yourself" is majorly associated with black.

Awesome! So he can either draw tons of cards, at a cost of damaging you - though not as much as Greed / Erebos, God of the Dead does - or he can loot and machine-gun everything.

I'm... not sure that mono-red ought to get to draw cards that efficiently. Perhaps the abilities could be:

> {u} : Draw a card. ~ deals 1 damage to you.
> {r} : Draw a card then discard a card. ~ deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
