I did this so that you wouldn't be forced to flip a coin at the beginning of each combat. I would make it a may to lighten the load, but even then you're still supposed to remember and address the trigger on each combat.

I was basing the costs on Journeyer's Kite/Thaumatic Compass. The activation costs more because it can put the land into play. I think rare is fine because it can pull all the land out of your deck in a long game, though I could see moving it to uncommon.

The goal here is to evoke the three elemental arrows from Ocarina of Time. This is a super fiddly design and I'm not sure whether it still needs work.

This is a Runner identity (kinda like a planeswalker) from Android: Netrunner. It's a malevolent artificial intelligence (hence the artifact) who creates permanents whose only use is to be sacrificed.

That's a good point. Since reanimation spells let you cheat on mana, it might not be reasonable to cheapen them below 4cmc even with downsides.

Also, this may get removed anyway since Jurassic Park should probably get a dinosaur card.
