This is a good card.
I couuld see this in a land set.
Sweep is a notoriously bad mechanic. This is just making it more swingy with an "all or nothing" game plan.
You know what's fun? If the player on the play can steal the first land drop of the player on the draw turn 2.
Once you have stollen a land from a tapped-out opponent you are in the mana advantage when it comes to stealing more land, too.
So an entire mechanic in a land-themed set is dedicated to punishing land ramp and daring players to play a game of chicken regarding not playing lands?
That seems counterintuitive to me.
Also putting mana production on your big creature... means you are not encouraging sorcery speed plays or attacking. :/
