Whoa. This has, like, twice the number of words it can fit; and that's before the omen reminder text (which is plausible to omit on a mythic)
So, ok, omen is "Set aside until I meet the criteria" with a guaranteed one-turn delay. But opponents can't actually DO anything about cards you've set aside that way, only try to prevent the trigger.
And this ants you to... sacrifice everything, in exchange for blowing everything up and giving you a 2-turn win condition on the table.
Ouch.
I'm almost tempted to say "Add some cost to omen, and make it uncommon; it's a build-around"
Remove those extra spaces between those lines. I might be able to read the card normally if you do.
Omen seems a bit unbalanced to me, especially in decks that can meet its criteria. I'd probably prefer if there were some mana cost associated with exiling it so for cards like Oncoming Hero, there's very little reason to not Omen it immediately unless you're in topdeck mode or drew it on curve and have nothing better to play. It doesn't help that this card shows the opposite side of Omen - a humongous card advantage fatty that can be cast (for free, so you can still have instant speed tricks) fairly early on with, say, a Carrion Feeder and a couple Tukatongue Thallid or Doomed Traveller in the right deck.
Also, the wording for the reminder text should be:
>(Exile this card from your hand: This card becomes an omen. You can't cast it this turn. Omen only as a sorcery.) if you want it to be an activated ability
or
>(You may exile this card from your hand any time you may cast a sorcery. If you do, this becomes an omen and you can't cast it this turn.) though I'm not sure what kind of trigger this is supposed to be.
