Um. That seems rather too much better than Thunderclap Wyvern and Sprite Noble. Compare Gravitational Shift, which was symmetrical, rare, and didn't come on a 4/4 body!

At 4 damage maybe, but not at 8. You need a creature, but the deck using this will have no problem including the tokens to melt down half an opponent's life total end of turn.

Saving one mana is more than enough benefit from mandatory convoke on Stoke the Flames.
