Mill Nagging Thoughts. Card filtrating in a way that feels more parasitic/evil. Maybe also give the option of putting the second card on top of your library as well as in graveyard.

Draw X, Mill X spell design to feel parasitic and blackish instead of blue while still in blue's colour pie. Using Invoke the Firemind, Blue Sun's Zenith, Stroke of Genius, Mind Spring.

Colfenor's Plans + Honden of Seeing Winds. This ability is both blue and black. This card is monoblue to make the colour feel blacker.

Containment Membrane shows a 3 mana enchantment that stops creatures uncapping can have an upside. And Malfunctions shows the mana version can also have an upside. This is combines the two.
