This mechanic is an opposite variant of Ninjutsu that will often be used on creatures with combat tricks (first strike, deathtouch, etc.). The mechanic will be exclusively in the Ninja colors, and

This mechanic emphasizes "Legendary Matters", similar to "Ferocious" from Khans block. Will probably change the templating to match Ferocious, allowing for various benefits, not just +1/+1 counters. The mechanic will primarily appear on , followed by

Borrowed from Future Sight. Alleviates problem of duplicate legendary creatures, which plays better in constructed and allows for c/u legendary creatures for limited. All colors use this mechanic, although the uplifted colors will have a common creature with it.
In card text or details pages, write the mechanic's code name (playtest name) between square brackets, like "[Crittercast]", "[Bushido 1]" or "[Delay 4 {2}{R}{R}]". It will be expanded to the mechanic's name plus reminder text, such as "Suspend 4 – . (Rather than cast this spell from your hand,...)"
To expand a mechanic's name but not its reminder text, include parentheses at the end of the square brackets: "[Crittercast()]", "[Delay 9 {R}()]".
