A bear that migrates to a wastes or plains upon ETB. This card is not only a redflag, but a bit of a color pie bend, since white only rarely gets land tutoring (Kor Cartographer, Endless Horizons), and most of the time it's tutoring a Plains. I figure for the themes of the set, it's okay to search for a Wastes in addition to that (which I'm informally establishing as a new Basic Land Type, tournament rules be damned).
This card is based off of the Migrate mechanic in GDS2. Due to Wizards scouring information from it off the internet, I don't have the original creator on hand. Since this is just land parity and not actually ramp, I figure white can get this one and too many heads won't roll. I want to give white some ways to trigger Reap as well, and discard abilities in white are just as rare as sacrificing a land. This also functions as minor fixing for the colorless-matters archetype.

This card makes me wonder whether Waste shouldn't be used on some nonbasic lands e. g. ((C97092)).
