This is repeated direct damage. This is basically a red effect that could be secondary black.
Green is a t best a distant third for a color bend and blue seems like the least deserving color for this kind of effect. Also dealing damage as a cost seems not ideal.
Thanks for pointing that out, I'm not so good at figuring out what color something should be. I made it G/R to fit with the rest of the snake tribe.
