Damn. Roborosewater's been on a role lately. Keywording ETBs effects might actually be a good idea.
Well, this is an ability word, not a keyword. And it's such a broad ability to which to give an ability words, especially since it appears in every set. If Wizards we to change ETB, I would expect them to instead give it something shorthand, like they did with "dies." Maybe "arrives?"
Well, maybe it's a keyword for destroying creatures?
I believe all keyword abilities this far have been defined by their trigger/activation clause, and not the effect they produce.
I like "arrives".
We should do that.
Arrives would be good. It would clear up a lot of room on a lot of cards.
"Arrives" is the way Codex does it, and having played a bunch of Codex recently I agree it feels very natural.
