Is this supposed to be a Paralyzing Grasp/Pacifism-type aura (in the vein of Temporal Isolation) or a boosting aura? Because it utterly fails to do either job. For that effect, it could IMO easily cost {w/u}. Otherwise, you've got a Ghostly Possession that allows trading when blocking.

IMO, it could be played in sealed, or maybe side-boarded in against a deck that is neither white nor blue. At that point, it basically makes the creature a defender with reach. Though point taken, moving it to W/B.
