less to activate, and it doesn't have the sorcery speed restriction... yowsers! Was Pod really not good enough?
Development can change the numbers. That's not an issue. But you're right, this should probably be sorcery speed. Also, cards in a library can't be permanents. This probably works better as a specific permanent type.
