I don't feel like this is significantly different from the original Szadek, Lord of Secrets.

I agree with Link. Other than having more variable initial stats, it's pretty much the same.

I liked your original idea, which IIRC was like a mill titan. ("When Szadek enters the battlefield or attacks, target player puts the top _ cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.")

What about a super Lobotomy? Like, 'When ~ deals dmg to an opp, search that player's library, graveyard, and hand for a nonland card and all cards with the same name as that card. Exile them. Shuffle that library.'
