I like the -1 as a standalone spell effect. It's a little bit like Foresee, a little bit like Brainstorm, and a good -1.

The other two are amusing :)

Thanks! The idea was to make a 4-mana Jace that protects himself a bit without being super-broken like JTMS, and also works well with the Niv-Mizzet that I made that's currently in that Cards With No Home set, since the spoiler for RTR shows Jace and Niv-Mizzet standing next to each other in a cooperational kind of pose. (I would put Niv-Mizzet as the chase rare in my 2nd set to go well with Jace from the first one.)

Hee, he does go well with Niv-Mizzet, doesn't he? Nice. Good call on making him able to protect himself, too.

Wow, this card could use some development. Elspeth, Knight-Errant is absurdly pushed, in part because a stream of 1/1s for +1 and a decent starting loyalty. But now they fly. That's not even counting that white is supposed to be good at token making while blue should be the worst at creatures in general.

The second ability is way too powerful at -1.

The design is okay, but I don't like the last ability a lot. If anything, because it seems like swarming and pumping is a white or green-white way to win. An X/X Invisible Stalker token, with X being your Illusions would be bluer.
