Seems more like an uncommon to me but ok sure.
Obviously unplayable in... well, sadly pretty much every format imaginable. Even Ancient Brontodon is probably a bigger threat. Ulamog's Crusher is like godly powerful next to this.
We've never had a power greater than 11 at uncommon, so I'm taking baby steps.
I'm fine green getting a "bigger threat" than generic mana affords.
Annihilator is such a problematic mechanic that I won't take Ulamog's Crusher into account.
Feel free to suggest this should cost mana.
