I bet the static could be "Each opponent must block each combat if able." I like the archer-themed -1, but I'm not sure why there's a 7 theme
The sevens snuck up on me.
I chose seven cards for the ultimate because it's like getting a new starting hand of creature cards and seven mana seems like enough to cast some of them so you don't have to discard due to having cards in hand before.
OTOH, the -1 used to deal 5 damage, but since all cards of the current bunch have a Theros theme I stumbled upon Shredding Winds and just went with 2 more damage.
Technically, your wording works, but I felt in actuality it's better to have a hint towards the fact that it's blocking with a creature. But your comment made me dig for precedence, and I found some:
