Creatures you control are Wizards in addition to their other types.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, put a fame counter on Mage's Guild Hall.
Remove a fame counter from Mage's Guild Hall: Choose one — Draw a card, then discard a card; or target creature gets -1/-0 until end of turn; or target creature can't be blocked this turn.

(If you have a Birthsign in your opening hand, you may begin the game with it on the battlefield. You can only control one Birthsign at a time.)
Whenever a spell or a permanent becomes the target of a spell your opponent controls, counter the spell your opponent controls unless they pay .
