Man that is a huge ability. Return my whole graveyard to the battlefield (and some of yours) for just 4 mana? Living death is more strictly symmetrical, and i know it wipes the board, but it still costs 5.
"enchant land" missing. i agree, this is cantrip + acceleration, effectively the same as a cultivate/kodama's reach but giving you a card not a land to hand.
might have to specify that its each type of counter.
