So you have to jump through one hoop to get a bear and a second to grant it vigilance? Seems rather weak.

The two abilities caring about the graveyard in two different but similar ways seems unfortunate.

Heritage - are you conciously not using an ability word here?

I feel heritage reminder text should have reminder text again telling me whether I'm looking for fossil creature cards, or fossil Insects and/or fossil Warriors.

Yeah; this could probably skip the first condition and be a straight bear + fossilised upside. (Either of the two clauses would do.)

Taken that way - yup, it's a decent demonstration of your mechanic. And finally a demonstration of how it's something more than "Play one game of magic. Now play a second game with a different set of cards". More fossils like this, please.

Oh; and I think you mean 'creature type' not 'type'. Since all fossile creatures will share the 'creature' type with this :)
