Random Generator gave me Deadfall and Archaeological Dig. This is me being very cute, but I wonder how many players will figure out that they can stop Forestwalkers for a turn with it. Ah, well.
Ew. Bad card. Taps for colourless, and gives mana disadvantage the turn you sac it. Not sure why it's got the green frame - it's more like "anything-but-green".
I actually kind of like it, but only because I have some Spike receptors. I agree, this does look bad. I've been thinking about making it not say "lands" instead of "Forests" anyways. I doubt I'll end up with a common cylce of lands anyway.
Hmmkay. So now it's a land that can be an Elsewhere Flask. I wouldn't normally play it, but I can envisage some circumstances.
I've been wanting to do another take on this. I'll be keeping this card in mind as I go along.
Temporary mana fix from colorless.
Yeah, this has grown on me. It's not great, but a set needs some cards that aren't great. It has occasional uses, especially in a set which has the occasional random thing like a common. I think it's a fine common colourless card.
Really, it's meant to take up the Terrarion slot for now. I don't think it's bad, but I don't think it's awesome either. I moved it over because it allows me to build around it, and unless I get another mashup that works, I don't see why this can't stick.
Though, this does encourage me to get some more landwalk in the set. Shadowmoor cared about colors not blooking, so Elsewhere Flask never really got a chance to crazy surprise anyone...
