Another take on the idea of Spiritual Transformation and Waxing Moon, expressed as a flicker effect for creatures.

I'd like this to be in white or black if we use it.

This is probably the card of this sort that is most viable, and it's nice that it also does the flicker thing, but I have 2nd thoughts about any of the ideas that transform a card. It just kind of feels cheesy/cheating to me.

I don't know, flickers are good and needed in Blue, but cheap transformer cards are just that, cheap. Sparker Planeswalker would love that card.
