changed from triggering on opponents graveyard every turn to triggering on either graveyard at the end of your turn

i want the colourless cards to avoid instant-speed interactions for the most part (jeska's tap ability is a rare exception), and i don't think jeska cares much whether or not it's your cards or their cards dying. also it reduces rules text, making some more flavour room
