Changed Emptiness from face-down to colorless basic. Opens the mechanic up more.

BTW, technically all lands are colourless (except Dryad Arbor). There isn't a very easy way to say what you're wanting to say... "If you control three or more lands which can't produce coloured mana", perhaps? That allows Mutavault etc, but I think it's probably necessary because face-down Forests etc aren't actually basic any more either.

"If you control three or more lands that could produce {c} "? Maybe that's too open-ended, if you don't want to include "1 or MN" lands, Alex's suggestion "can't produce M" was probably better after all.

yeah that's probably a better interpretation, thanks alex. i'm not designing for wotc, this set is never getting integrated into eternal formats so i only have to worry about the cards in the immediate environment anyway
