Original Card: Baron Sengir
Some of those changes are obvious, and some less so. There are two key points here:
1) You're supposed to swing with 7/7 flying Mythic Rares, not hold them back in case you need to regenerate Irini Sengir. The mana activation for Baron let's you do that, and gives you a chance to regenerate an extra Vampire flying in with the Baron while you're at it. An accidental side effect is that the Baron can regenerate himself twice when you're at 8 mana, but I can live with that.
2) Mythics should either be efficient in the early game (rarely), hard to get rid of (like Autumn Willow), or do something useful, even if your opponent has a ready removal spell on their turn. That's one of the reasons I let the Super Sengir Vampire ability apply to all your vampires, instead of just the Baron. If you have a vampire deck, and you drop the Baron and swing with your team, your opponent has a problem. Chumping Vampire Nighthawk could be a terrible idea.
Unnecessary line break in flavor. Need to edit.
If you're editing it anyway, then creature types in card text need to be capitalised: "dealt damage by a Vampire"... "on that Vampire"... "regenerate target Vampire".
Anyway, your changes make a lot of sense.
