The Intaki are an insectoid race that share elements of the slivers' sharing ability. Rather than all Intaki sharing, certain Synapse creatures share their abilities with the Drones under their command but not with other 'officers'.

You don't need "as long as ~ is on the battlefield", because that's implicit in all static abilities; it could just read "Drones you control have flying."
