Originally, I wanted a card that revealed 2, then drew 3... but there doesn't seem to be an appropriate casting cost for that. Assuming your opponent is a good player, than {2}{u} makes no sense, since that card would be worse than Divination. But 2 then 3 barely feels worse than Divination... it's very close. You'd really need to see two bombs, or one unstoppable card to not let the opponent have 3 cards.

I like this card, but it doesn't really fit in New Mirrodin. I'm trying to avoid casting costs like {u}{u}, and the salvage mechanic makes me want to print as few card drawers as possible. Donated to the community, I suppose.
