Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may cast a spell of the same name from your hand as if it had flash. If you do, that spell gains "Counter target spell that shares a name with this spell."
Feels narrow. How many spells are you gonna share outside the mirror? It would be hilarious if this was really cheap or a leyline so it sometimes would counter a Sol Ring, but then again... you have to pay the cost, so who is going to keep their mana open for the off chance the opponent has casting a spell of the same name in mind?
Doesn't need the "as if it had flash".
It's troubling to see the option to put a spell ability on a permanent spell.
I feel this kind of effect would best be served in a more straightforward form: Dominant Arcana.
Maybe instead of the straight Leyline of Anticipation you could have "You may cast spells as though they had flash if they share a name with a spell an opponent controls. When you do, counter the opponent's spell."
