White, "the wisdom color", normally calls out a number of card in hand that it needs to hit. Most often, it's 5. Blue's the color that asks you to keep counting the number of cards in your hand. It seemed like the sort of thing that blue wizards would like, and has a sense of manipulation and control in all the bean counting. I tried not to go to overboard with this philosophy, though, since too much hand counting results in too many slow games.
By the by, I got lucky with that name. I can just imagine a wizard pointing this card at an opponent and yelling "Be Little!" It's like a double entendre that isn't.
Yep, that's a good name.
