I don't know if I can summon the strength to say anything good or bad about this card. It's just sort of there. It feels like a good card to me, for any set, even if it is an expensive trick compared to its brethren.

Okay, I suppose that's always bugged me. If we compare modern "change stats" card abilities to this card, this card would cost either {u} or {1}{u}. Which seems fine, until you realize that you don't have very far that you can go. 1/1? {1}{u}. 3/3? {1}{u}. 4/4 with flying? {1}{u}. Based on that scale, what type of common p/t change are we supposed to get when someone pays {4}{u}? 8/8 Unblockable?

Heh. 5/5 unblockable for {4}{u} would be somewhat plausible; like a blue Lava Axe :)
