Until end of turn, if a creature card would be put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere or enter the battlefield from an opponent's graveyard, exile it instead. Then, each player mills a card.

Target creature you control deals damage equal to its power to target creature you don't control. Those creatures can't block or be blocked this turn.
Creature – Plant
{t}: Add {g}. Spend this mana only to cast permanent spells.
{t}, Sacrifice Ramblin Rose: Return target basic land card from your graveyard to the battlefield, tapped.
Ward {4}
Whenever you cast an instant, sorcery, or Saga spell, put a wind counter on Four Winds Bell.
{t}: Add {u}.
{t}, Remove four wind counters from Four Winds Bell: Create a 4/4 blue Elemental creature token with flying and ward {4}. Activate this ability only during your turn.
Exile target enchantment. If it's a Saga you control, return it to the battlefield at the beginning of your next main phase.

On He's Gone:

Sooo... how likely in a four-player game is this to just end the game right there. Let's say you cast it right before half a dozen creature's trade in combat. Immediately twenty-four cards are milled and each of them has a chance to be a creature card... except this isn't a self-triggered ability, so the chain ends right there...

Okay, carry on! But I assume many people are going to expect the milled card to be affected by that replacement effect, too.

I don't quite get it either. The mill seems extraneous.
