Sooo... how likely in a four-player game is this to just end the game right there. Let's say you cast it right before half a dozen creature's trade in combat. Immediately twenty-four cards are milled and each of them has a chance to be a creature card... except this isn't a self-triggered ability, so the chain ends right there...
Okay, carry on! But I assume many people are going to expect the milled card to be affected by that replacement effect, too.
I don't quite get it either. The mill seems extraneous.
