I do love the idea of a Gnome switching power and toughness, but yeah that might need to be uncommon.

Considering most charm are uncommon that might be a plus!

... 'of the following'? I personally use the • character from MSE that is considerably smaller than the one you're using at the moment.

The card looks reasonable powerwise. Switching pt has been noted as being problematic at common unfortunately. Few can with certainty answer the questions that come up related to layers when you combine the effect with p/t pumps, equipment, and whatnot.

EDIT: That UEOT sentence has a double dot at the end.
