  I got Electrolyze and Banefire, and so I knew what I wanted to create: the perfect Izzet spell.

  I got Dark Ritual and Dream Leash. This one took a while. First I though that maybe it would control enchanted creature unless the creatures controller payed 3 black, but that would reduce cost to cast, which would make it too strong except against mono-black. Then I had the idea that I could smash them together, and I believe that worked fine. Then I noticed it was any permanent, so I had to alter the casting cost. Hopefully it came out well.

  I got Flooded Strand and Island. Blue has many bounce effects, while white removes it's opposing creatures in stranger ways than the other colors. The best solution was to make an unsummoning land. If this card is too strong, let me know.
