Were you trying to avoid mentioning split second in the first ability? It'd read a lot less wordy if you could just mention the ability. It might be simpler to just say "Spells you cast this turn can't be countered" (although I do appreciate split second is more useful than that).
I can't see why the ultimate makes you sac the tokens at EOT, either. Sarkhan Vol didn't do that, and he was one of the least-played planeswalkers in constructed. Is it just so they can more closely match Ball Lightning/Groundbreaker?
I do think you've done very well at finding effects that work in both colours in this whole cycle, though.
It's a pity the first ability can't reduce opponents' combat damage. I can't see it being used very much, although the second ability is excellent while not being overpowered. Privileged Position is a sensible choice for a planeswalker ultimate, especially one that can apply to both white and green, but with it being one of the original green-white hybrid cards it does feel like it slightly detracts from the originality of this card. Even though it is actually fairly original because I've never seen anyone else put that effect on a planeswalker :)
Nice design! I like how the first and second effects have synergy, and the first and third obviously evoke each other; the third is appropriately "nearly-game-winning"; and the whole thing is in flavour for both white and blue (perhaps with a little squinting for the second ability in white).
By the way, I apologise that the Planeswalker art engine doesn't support the art being transparent behind the text box. That'd be rather tricky to do given how I have the HTML currently structured, so it's not a high priority to fix it, but I do recognise it's a pity that you can't just point the image-URL at the same image you'd use in MSE. Sorry about that!
You can get the MSE images to show by default if you edit the cardset options to "Display cards" -> "Supplied image".
Oh, and welcome to Multiverse!
Seems worse than Shrieking Drake / Trusted Advisor. I suppose this can stick around if you want that. But I'd still cost it at 1 mana.
